PI materials are mainly used in organic functional layer materials (pdl/pln/ps) in OLED display  and are used as organic insulating layer and stress buffer layer in semiconductor packaging. The photosensitive polyimide(PSPI) material used for PDL being developed by sineva has realized the pilot scale of resin synthesis and the optimization of PR formula. The test results of resolution, thermal, force, electrical are up to or close to the level of imported competitive products.

奕华自主研发的PDL用光敏聚酰亚胺材料已实现   树脂合成

学等各项性能指标测试结果均达到或接近国外进口竞品水平。


性能指标：

PSPI产品的开发通过分子设计开发引入特殊功能结构单体

(如高分辨率、断裂伸长率)，开发特殊合成工艺，实现了

PDL材料及封装材料各项性能指标的均衡设计，满足了客

户需求。
